Ringwood | Street View

Landscaping is one of the last trades on site, which makes the timing of it everything.

On our Ringwood project we worked to the build programme so the turf and front beds went in with enough time to establish before the property went to market.

By the time buyers were walking through, the lawn had knitted and the plantings had settled.

The front yard is the first thing anyone sees, and it has to look like it belongs to the house rather than something finished the week before.

Connecting tight side access runs into a fully functional rear yard is always a satisfying setout.

On our Ringwood project, we tied the side stepping stones directly into the main aggregate entertaining area, decking and turf zones, so the entire footprint works as one continuous space from the front gate back.

Dual occupancy landscape package completed in Ringwood.

Full scope across both dwellings: exposed aggregate driveways and paths, concrete paving, timber decking, front and rear turf, mulched garden beds with fresh plantings, and timber edging throughout, all built to handle the Melbourne elements year round.

Both dwellings are fully finished and handed over.

You will be responsible for the ongoing care and improvement of established, high-value gardens, including:

Detailed horticultural maintenance of premium landscapes

Plant identification, health diagnostics and corrective treatments

Application of fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides in line with safety guidelines

Turf management, pruning, soil conditioning and seasonal programs

Client-facing work with an emphasis on quality and reliability

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification or equivalent experience in horticulture / gardening

Strong knowledge of plant varieties, turf species, soil health and chemicals

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
