Parkinson Group is on the lookout for an eager Civil Labourer to join our tight-knit crew — immediate start available!

We work with councils and builders across North East to South East Melbourne on street reconstructions, carparks, stormwater drainage, concrete and asphalt. If you like variety and want to build real skills, this one's for you.

What you'll be doing:
🔹 General labouring — drainage, concrete, excavation & landscaping
🔹 Operating hand tools, compactors, demo saws & more
🔹 Plant operation for ticketed applicants (skid steers, excavators, rollers)
🔹 Reading plans, using laser levels
🔹 Working safely as part of a team that has a laugh along the way

What we're after:
✅ White Card (minimum)
✅ Positive, can-do attitude
✅ Previous experience a bonus — but we'll train the right person
✅ Physical fitness & reliability

We're a supportive crew who invest in upskilling — pass your probation and we'll help you grow your ticket portfolio and career with us.
