New SAL outdoor lights installed at the barn house and upstairs patio, with repairs to the downlights and a loose dimmer inside.

We also traced the tripping lighting circuit to a water-filled junction box behind an outdoor light and replaced it with a new weatherproof setup.

Outdoor lighting for better visibility around the home, making the patio more usable after dark. A practical refresh inside and out.

Garden Lights using salpixie Bluetooth switch enabling switching via phone from house using general power from the shed. Automated and easy switching. Included 2 x wall spheres also.

Mini sensors for entrance and side for security, yet great for functional lighting from both ends of drive way and down side of home.

Client Scope and our Solution:

Large Tenancy needing to be split into 2 x smaller tenancies. 1 x side brought into a to be let condition and another with additional works ready to be leased.

Included a CT chamber abolishment with new meter panel and main isolation. Coordinated with builder building management and embedded network.

New Hager Electro DB with all final sub circuits and new sharkrack data cabinet.

EV Charger Installation – Thornbury
Our team just completed a single phase 7kW Tesla EV car charger install for a lucky Thornbury garage. We had 3 scenarios of difficulty....

1. Install directly below switchboard (easy)
2. Install on the same wall as switchboard, yet further down (medium)
3. Install over other side of garage and halfway down, with no roof access (Hard)

We shot for the hardest and scored! Garage and client very happy. New 32A circuit complete from the switchboard with an isolation switch nearby.
