Another milestone for Mem & Co Earthworx.

We’re now running two tandem tippers, giving us greater availability and capacity across Melbourne for civil, excavation and cartage works.

Both trucks available for:
• Civil & excavation support
• Spoil & clean fill removal
• Quarry material cartage
• Site cleans & material movements
• Metro & regional works
• Short-term & ongoing hire

It’s been a long road building the business to where it is today — and we’re only getting started.

We’re expanding and looking for experienced operators to join our civil, infrastructure, and rail crews.

Excavator Operators – 2 Positions

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ excavator experience
• Telco or utilities project experience
• Pit and pipe installation experience
• Strong machine operation skills
• Pre-start and maintenance checks
• Ability to read plans and dial information
• Excavator operator licence/ticket
• Underground service locating ticket
• Valid HR licence
• Ability to drive manual vehicles
• Construction White Card
• First Aid & CPR certification

Heavy Rigid Truck Drivers – 2 Positions

Tandem tipper operations within active rail corridors, supporting live infrastructure projects.

Must have:
• Current RIW Card
• SWIRC (or willingness to obtain)
• White Card
• Minimum 2 years’ rail project experience
• Minimum 2 years’ HR tandem tipper driving
• Strong rail safety and compliance knowledge
• Valid HR licence

Preferred:
• Additional rail competencies
• Live rail environment experience
• Civil or earthworks background
• Flexibility for shutdowns and varied hours

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience

Strong knowledge of:

Machine operation

Pre-starts and maintenance checks

Worksite safety procedures

Service locating and spotting

Reading plans and dials

White Card (Construction Induction)

2 × Heavy Rigid Truck Drivers (Rail Corridor Works)
Tandem Tipper | Active Rail Projects

We’re looking for experienced HR truck drivers with rail project experience to join our team working in active rail corridors.

Must Have:

Current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card

Current SWIRC (or willing to obtain)

White Card

Minimum 2 years’ rail project experience

Minimum 2 years’ HR truck driving experience (tandem tipper essential)

Strong knowledge of rail corridor safety procedures

Solid understanding of site safety and compliance

Valid HR Licence

Preferred:

Additional rail tickets/competencies

Experience working in live rail environments

Civil or earthworks background

Flexibility for shutdowns, weekends, and varied hours

Before and After. This one was a while back.
This was my First time digging out for a Retaining Wall and preparing a MONSTROUS 6 Steps Footing with a footpath at the top and bottom.
Which was made up in a corner 8 different steps. These can take years to master with a machine , After 5 yesrs trenching and reinstating I changed up and jumped into the art of Landacsping and this was my first crack .
