Proud to see an SAJ battery behind this story! 🔋

Deepak and his family in Western Sydney have gone from a $700 energy bill to a $500 rebate with a home battery installed under the Cheaper Home Batteries Program. Suburbs like Chifley, Mitchell and Greenway now have more than one in ten households with a battery on the wall.

This is what home storage is for: families taking control of their energy, cutting bills for good and easing evening demand for everyone else. Thanks to Chris Bowen MP for sharing the story, and congratulations to Deepak's family and their installer.

This is Deepak and his family - they live in Western Sydney.

They used to pay over $700 a year on their energy bill, but now, they get a rebate of $500.

All thanks to a battery they installed for their home under the Cheaper Home Battery Program.

In fact, suburban electorates like Chifley, Mitchell and Greenway now have over 10% of households with a Cheaper Home Battery.

This is the story playing out all over suburban and regional Australia, families taking control of their energy, cutting their bills for good and putting downward pressure on evening prices for everyone else.

It's real cost of living relief being delivered by the Albanese Labor Government.

A first for the Australian market: the SAJ HS5 EK70 and EK90 are the first products ever approved by the Clean Energy Council under the new SA TS 5398 standard.

Why this matters: SA TS 5398 sets a higher bar for modular and stackable battery systems – including connector requirements, minimum IP2X protection and how stacked assemblies are built and tested. Many modular systems on the market today have not been assessed against it. Ours have, and they passed.

For installers, that means a system you can specify with confidence today, knowing it already meets the standard the industry is moving toward. For homeowners, it means the all-in-one unit on their wall has been held to a stricter test.

The HS5 EK70 – solar inverter, battery, backup, energy management and EV charging in a single unit, with a 10-year warranty rated at 10,000 cycles – is available right now through Supply Partners: https://lnkd.in/g9Meq9-S

It will be available soon through Tradezone: https://lnkd.in/gBwSbtn7

And the HS5 EK90 – 15-year warranty, 12,000 cycles, on-device edge AI and V2G/V2H-ready – is coming to OSW AU later this year.

Trust is engineered. Relentless Energy.
