The Tiny House movement has been in full swing for over a decade around the world and we are proud to be one of the few building companies in Australia taking the tiny challenge. Whether it

be for permanent living, an Airbnb income stream or just a place to escape to, we can build exactly what you need. We oversee every part of the design and fabrication process, ensuring each of our Tiny Homes are perfectly suited to our customers. We use the latest eco materials and processes so you can rest assured you are playing your part to reduce your footprint. Our hand-made trailers are built in house and can be purchased separately if you plan on a DIY build.

- 2.4W x 7.1L x 4.1H home (road-legal)
- Under 4.5 tonnes
- Custom built triple axle trailer (unregistered)
- Exterior clad in matt grey Colorbond (protective film on)
- All windows and skylights installed
- Waterproofing installed
- Insulation installed
- Interior lined and painted

All services installed ready to connect:
- Gas lines
- Plumbing
- Mains power, power points etc
- Airconditioner

Free delivery to your site (within 2 hours drive of Sydney CBD). Further will incur a small fee depending on location.

*Single Story from $60,000
*Loft model from $65,000

Homes come empty, ready for you to complete the fit-out yourself or let us build one to your design.
