SHARING KNOWLEDGE, BUILDING CAPABILITY
Getting our team out on site and closer to the work.

Our latest team site tour took us through one of Evolve’s large-scale retail projects currently under construction, giving the wider business a firsthand look at the scale, sequencing and coordination behind the build. Led by the project team, the tour created an opportunity to share knowledge, talk through challenges and give our people greater exposure to how we deliver complex projects.

ANOTHER SHOWROOM, ANOTHER REPEAT COLLABORATION
Evolve is back working alongside WIM Architects, continuing our relationship in the automotive sector to deliver the new Chery and LEPAS showrooms. Transforming an existing facility, the project will deliver a bold new environment through structural modifications, façade and glazing upgrades, new services, and premium showroom finishes.

A strong partnership, growing automotive experience, and another exciting project underway.
We’re looking forward to delivering this one together.

PROJECT COMMENCED | Hinkler Central Shopping Centre
Evolve has been awarded the expansion and refurbishment of Hinkler Central Shopping Centre in Bundaberg, Queensland. The project will deliver approximately 1,000m² of new retail floor space, including four new tenancies, the refurbishment of existing retail spaces, façade upgrades and improved customer access throughout the centre.

Delivered within a live retail environment, the project will transform an underutilised section of the existing car park into a vibrant new retail precinct, creating additional leasing opportunities and a refreshed arrival experience for customers.

PROJECT COMPLETION: Purnell OMODA | JAECOO, Blakehurst NSW
Evolve recently completed the refurbishment of the new Purnell OMODA | JAECOO dealership in Blakehurst, NSW.

Designed by Figgis & Jefferson Architects, the project transformed the existing dealership into a contemporary showroom that reflects the evolving OMODA | JAECOO brand through clean architectural detailing, premium finishes and an enhanced customer experience.

Delivered across four staged phases within a live operating dealership, the project allowed the Purnell team to continue trading throughout construction while the refurbishment was carried out.

THE DETAILS | BALGOWLAH RSL
It’s in the details where this space truly comes to life.
From the newly created , a layered and highly appointed palette of materials and finishes has been carefully curated to deliver depth, texture and warmth throughout.

Across the venue, every touchpoint has been considered, from the graphic marble stone and tiling at the bar, to the privacy screens between dining booths and the refined framing of each setting. Rolling wave joinery moves across the ceiling, creating flow and continuity, complemented by contemporary artwork and soft, ambient lighting within the lounge.

A cohesive expression of design and craftsmanship, brought together through close collaboration with and styling by .b.creative.

THE SPACES | BALGOWLAH RSL
A collection of spaces, carefully considered and now brought to life.
The transformation of Balgowlah RSL’s ground floor introduces a series of connected environments, from a refined lounge and café to new TAB and smoking areas, all anchored beneath a striking operable glass roof that opens the venue to light, air and movement throughout the day.

An additional 86m² of floor area has allowed the team to reimagine how the club is experienced, creating flow between spaces while maintaining a sense of intimacy within each setting. The team delivered a considered balance of function, atmosphere and experience, now realised.
