This custom design & construct home in Portarlington showcases a striking contemporary facade, softened by curved architectural lines and warm timber tones.

The combination of NewTechWood UH58 Blackbutt Composite Castellation Cladding, James Hardie Axon Cladding and Selkirk Onyx Concrete Bricks creates a beautiful contrast of texture, depth and colour.

Pivot Homes is proud to support the Geelong Flyers Junior Development Program and the next generation of netball talent in our region.

It’s fantastic to see more than 50 athletes given the opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence and grow their love of the game in such a positive and supportive environment.

We’re passionate about supporting our local community and helping create opportunities for young people to thrive, both on and off the court.

Supporting a Great Cause – The Great Escape Oz Car Rally!

Pivot Homes is proud to be sponsoring The Great Escape Oz Car Rally Team Ella, with our very own Business Manager, Narelle, joining the rally crew to help raise awareness and support vital cystic fibrosis (CF) research.

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic condition that affects the lungs and digestive system, causing thick, sticky mucus to build up in the body. While there have been significant advances in treatment, CF remains a lifelong condition, and ongoing research is essential to improving treatments and ultimately finding a cure.

Another raft slab poured...

This single storey custom home has been designed as a true forever home, thoughtfully planned around how the family will live today while allowing the home to evolve with them over the years.

The exterior palette brings together a beautiful mix of textures and contrast including Axon cladding, Elephant Brick Co. Jerusalem White brick and Silvertop Ash cladding. The combination creates a timeless, contemporary coastal feel that will sit beautifully within its Torquay setting.

With the raft slab now down, another exciting milestone has been reached and we can’t wait to watch this forever home take shape.

Slab down in Newtown!

Whilst we’ve been working our way through the winter rain, we got there! Our Newtown project has officially reached slab stage.

At Pivot Homes, we use raft slabs rather than waffle slabs, providing a solid foundation for your new home and forming the beginning of another quality build.

Now the real transformation begins... we can’t wait to see this home take shape!
