What’s that concrete floor doing upstairs?

This is ALPHAFLOOR — a solid concrete flooring system we're using on one of our recent builds.

Why use it?

🔇 Less noise between floors
💪 Solid, durable concrete construction
🌡️ Good thermal performance
🏠 That solid feel you expect from a concrete floor without a traditional concrete slab

It’s one of those things you don't really see once the house is finished, but it makes a difference to how the home feels and performs.
