For this 1:75 scale model, architecture, landscape and context were thoughtfully brought together to communicate the project’s harbour-side character.

The architecture is captured through its horizontal form, deep balcony edges, softened corners and warm, restrained material palette. These details help communicate the building’s sense of privacy, outlook and residential scale, while transparent surrounding buildings allow the proposal to sit gently within its setting.

Custom planting was designed and made to echo the sculptural forms of the actual landscape scheme, while hand-painted water and pool textures reveal a subtle sand bed below, tapering off to create a sense of depth.

As some long term members of our team prepare to head overseas, we’re opening up a position in the workshop. They will be greatly missed, and we’re looking for the right person to step into the role.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with their hands and has an interest in, or experience with, architectural model making, 3D modelling in Rhino, woodworking, and digital fabrication.
