here is a throwback to one of our early projects that has recently undergone renovations: 36 Innovation Parkway. Initially designed by the Dimond Architects team in 2006, this three-story office building marked a significant milestone in the early development of the Sunshine Coast, being the first of its kind. Even today, it maintains its influence and continues to shape the development of the surrounding area. We would like to thank our client and the team at Intergal Construction for all their hard work and dedication on the renovations of this significant project.

Hillside House: located on a very steep, west facing block within a lush rainforest landscape. The site's challenging conditions have forged the design of a single room deep house with very simple geometry nestled along the site's contours.
