Today we're celebrating Tracy Wilkins, our General Manager of Sales and a McDonald family member who grew up with NCP in her blood. Tracy joined the business 35 years ago, and she's been shaping it ever since.

Tracy is one of the most respected names in the plumbing industry, and it's easy to see why. She's a hard worker who leads from the front, a caring and considerate boss, and she'll always tell you straight where you stand. You never have to wonder with Tracy, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

When she's not living all things plumbing, you'll find Tracy off exploring somewhere new. She lives life to the fullest and brings that same zest to everything she does.

Tracy, thank you for 35 years of dedication, leadership and laughs. Here's to you! 🥂
