Exe & Wye Stages 1 & 2 are complete. 
This multi-residential project responds to its prominent corner location with architecture that embodies a confident composition of sculpted forms, articulated balconies and refined materiality, creating a contemporary coastal identity that is both enduring and contextually responsive.
A carefully considered palette of textured concrete, natural timber and contemporary finishes balances permanence with warmth, while generous glazing and expansive outdoor living spaces maximise natural light, cross ventilation and visual connections to Lake Kawana and the surrounding landscape. Layered façades and deep recesses provide solar protection and establish rhythm and depth, contributing to a building that performs climatically while expressing a refined architectural language.

Last Thursday, Blackburne Jackson Director Stephen Cope joined community leaders from across the Sunshine Coast for the 2026 Vinnies CEO Sleepout, held at Maroochydore Surf Club.

The weather was on his side - it wasn't too cold and, importantly, it didn't rain. What Stephen wasn't prepared for was just how hard a sheet of cardboard can be. Although the CEO Sleepout is only one night, it highlights the challenges faced by many Australians who don't have access to safe, secure and stable housing.

With the support of clients, colleagues, friends and the wider community, Stephen raised $8,950 for people in need across the Sunshine Coast. Collectively, participants raised more than $230,000 to support the vital work of St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland.

As increasing numbers of people turn to Vinnies for food, clothing, emergency assistance and long-term support, funds raised through initiatives like the CEO Sleepout help ensure these essential services remain available to those who need them most.

Stephen extends his sincere thanks to everyone who donated and supported his fundraising efforts. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in the lives of people across our local community.
