A beautiful intersection of kinetic art, ephemeral design, and shadow play.

When passive or moving light naturally dances across a space to create an unintended but artistic experience, it transforms static environments into living, breathing works of art.

A great angle of our Howqua Track project in Merrijig from the plunge pool, aptly named the 'black hole' after the swimming hole nearby in the Delatite River.

The pavilion style home orientated to embrace the Mt. Timbertop escarpment and the high country landscape surrounds.

SUNRISE OVER RUFFY

Last week, Ross and the team visited site to celebrate the Ruffy project with the client. What stood out most was the sunrise, observed in real time as it interacted with the building. The changing light highlighted key architectural elements while simultaneously generating new forms through the dynamic interplay of shadow and illumination.

Our BA R W I T E project is evolving as it perches above at the eagles eye view above the Broken River plateau of Mansfield in the Victorian high country.

It celebrates the rich high country hut and farm heritage of the local district celebrating the soft lemon hues of the dry woodlands country with the patina of galvanised steel.

A Father-Son journey of hand crafted beauty, perfection, intention and engineering simplicity recovering beautiful yellow box lumber into a refined celebration of the landscape.

We celebrate our weekend with the release of the short film and back story of our award winning team, behind the award winning project 'Y A R R A N- A Family Home'.

This was the most ambitious project of my life— a vision pushing through uncertainty and yet, it went on to receive 10 national awards.
