On site this week at our Cromer project under construction by Peter Best Construction. It’s been a while since we’ve designed a new single story residence. This is a large site looking north over Cromer golf course with the U-shaped floor plan designed to embrace the sunny and peaceful outlook. Featuring Krause Bricks laid by Kieran Jolley Bricklaying

Winter sunshine ☀️ It’s this time of year when we most value warm and light-filled spaces. In our Fairlight 05 project we introduced a large skylight into the central circulation zone of the home allowing sunlight to filter down through the staircase void. Large north facing sliding doors connect the dining area to the outdoor terrace and a linear skylight through the kitchen gives another avenue for natural light to flood the home.
