AMANDA TYE ART I’ve been a longtime fan of Amanda’s work. This painting is from a series she did inspired by the Hawkesbury river in a bushfire haze. It found a home in our hallway.

modanest Adam is a highly skilled Danish cord weaver and furniture designer, maker and restorer. One of his woven bench seats sits proudly in the entry to our home. I wondered how durable the paper cord would be but after 6 or 7 (or more?) years it’s still going strong.

Mia Oatley Mia’s vibrant paintings are quintessential Northern Beaches. I love how she captures the essence of her subject with such boldness and joy.

Ant Haus | Contemporary Jewellery Melaney creates unique jewellery pieces in her Manly Vale studio. There’s always something new and interesting on her Instagram.

On site this week at our Cromer project under construction by Peter Best Construction. It’s been a while since we’ve designed a new single story residence. This is a large site looking north over Cromer golf course with the U-shaped floor plan designed to embrace the sunny and peaceful outlook. Featuring Krause Bricks laid by Kieran Jolley Bricklaying

Winter sunshine ☀️ It’s this time of year when we most value warm and light-filled spaces. In our Fairlight 05 project we introduced a large skylight into the central circulation zone of the home allowing sunlight to filter down through the staircase void. Large north facing sliding doors connect the dining area to the outdoor terrace and a linear skylight through the kitchen gives another avenue for natural light to flood the home.
