You are warmly invited to a Solar Supporters gathering at 5pm this Saturday, 12th at 5pm. 100 Mile Dinner to follow from 6pm. Tickets in the link.

Menu:
For starters: Arcenciel smoked trout mousse with house made foccacia.
Hunter Bell triple cream brie with local pecans amd honey

Main:
Local gnocci with Balala Station pork, fennel and sage and Peel Valley cream sauce

Slow cooked beef brisket from 'Namoi View' Halls Creek, olives, capers and tomato sugo and Rosemary polenta.

Locally grown open roasted pumpkin, whipped mint fetta, pumpkin seeds garlic and chilli oil, basil, local honey, Oakenville farm apple cider pickled onions.

Locally grown greens with Green Hills pears, partisan lemon and Australian olive oil.

Dessert:
Brownie Round with Deva Cacao chocolate with mascarpone cream

Yoga with Selah Yoga with Kaz Bishton, Renewable Manilla

Workshops with CNRL Library Innovation Studio, artists Joanne Stead - Artist, Asha Beal , Vicki Luke, Mary Jane Griggs.

Local expert knowledge on flora and fauna with Phil Sparkes and Paul Moxon.

Live music from Angel Morris, Kirk Boniecki and local band the Lovely Bastards.

Lots of fun and free activities for individuals and families.

Top it off with and topped off with the 100 Mile Dinner.

Also known as Hester Fraser, Goldheist's music is a rich blend of storytelling and classical influences, deeply rooted in the Australian landscape.

Her sound, which has been likened to luminaries such as Kate Bush, melds lyrical storytelling with an evocative musical style.
