Hateley Construct is growing, and we’re looking for the right people to join our team.

We’re currently looking for:
• Site Managers
• Carpenters
• Apprentices

We build high-end custom homes across regional Victoria, and we care about every detail. The quality of our work comes down to the people behind it, so we’re looking for people who take pride in what they do, think practically, solve problems and hold themselves to a high standard.

For experienced applicants, custom residential building experience and strong references are important.

For apprentices, we’re looking for attitude over a polished CV. If you’re keen to learn, prepared to work hard and genuinely want to build a career in the industry, pick up the phone and introduce yourself.

It’s coffee before anyone else wakes. The dog asleep in the same patch of sun. A familiar view. A walk you’ve taken more times than you could count.
Small things, repeated often enough that eventually you can’t imagine home without them.

And often, long before a home takes shape, there’s simply a place and an idea of what life there might become.

And then there are the things you simply know.

A familiar sound that we barely notice. A certain spot that captures the morning light. The places everyone gravitates towards without thinking about it.

Small details that become part of how a place feels.

The moments that don’t feel that important.

Until somehow, they are.

And somewhere along the way, a house becomes something more.
