A farmhouse-inspired design with a little more thought behind the angles.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was designed around its expansive alfresco and pool area, with the central living spaces and bedrooms angled outward to make the most of the space beyond.

The 11.5 x 5.5m alfresco becomes a natural extension of the home, creating plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing and making the most of the outdoors. Inside, a feature stone fireplace adds warmth and character to the main living area, while the expansive master suite gives the home its own quiet retreat.

A layout that’s all about bringing the outside in, and making sure there’s plenty of room to enjoy it.

A big one in Mandurah! 👀

This large split-level, single-storey home brings together a mix of materials and finishes, with rammed earth being one of the standout features. The different textures and materials give the home plenty of character, while the split-level layout creates a really interesting flow between spaces.

For this project, NCD helped bring everything together behind the scenes — from architectural documentation through to DA and BA approvals, including coordinating all of the consultants needed along the way.

A lot goes into getting a project from drawings to approvals, and we’re always happy to be part of that process!
