INCENTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Open to BSO employees, members of the public, friends and family.
• Every successful referral/hire earns an entry into the draw.
• Each additional successful hire earns another entry.
• The successful applicant must remain employed with BSO Mechanical for a minimum of 3 months for the entry to qualify.
• If the successful applicant’s employment is terminated within their first 6 months of employment, the associated referral/entry will be disqualified.
• The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the Bso workshop. Freight/delivery is not included.
• Motorbike, YETI items and included BSO merchandise form part of the prize package.
• BSO Mechanical reserves the right to verify all qualifying referrals, employment periods and entries before the winner is drawn.

Tbh… we reckon these are pretty flash. 💦🔥

Over the last few months we’ve been trailing new designs New tees, shorts, headwear… you name it, we’ve been trialling it!

Our goal is to kit out our crew, clients and supporters with quality gear that stands out from the crowd. We didn’t want the same old designs everyone else has,we wanted something that represents BSO not just a generic chatgpt design 🤭😅

👀 Keep a close eye on our socials over the next few weeks because we’ve got some exciting launches coming, and we honestly can’t wait to show you!

You may have also seen our August & September incentive. We are EXPANDING which means we are HIRING

Once the bike is fully decked out in BSO style, we’ll reveal it properly, although anyone who signs on or reccomends someone in the mean time will still be in the Draw

Today, the team at Mandurah Diesel & BSO Mechanical would like to wish Trent a very special Happy Birthday! 🥳

We hope this next year brings you plenty of happiness, success, and hopefully… that the team doesn’t make you lose too much more hair! 😅

As the Director of both BSO Mechanical and Mandurah Diesel, Trent puts his heart into everything he does. His passion, dedication, and commitment to both businesses never go unnoticed, and we’re grateful for everything he does for our team, our clients, and the businesses everyday.

We thought today would be the perfect opportunity to look back on some of the great memories we’ve created together over the years. From site, team events to after-work BBQs and a well-earned cold beer with the boys, there have been plenty of moments worth celebrating and we’re looking forward to making many more.

Trent and David headed off to Kalgoorlie this week to catch up with some of BSO Mechanical’s valued clients and continue expanding the BSO team.

Last week we hosted our Men’s Mental Health Month Breakfast at Mandurah Diesel and wow, what a turnout. 💙

As a community, we raised an incredible $5,195 for Beyond Blue to support men’s mental health, and we honestly couldn’t be prouder.

The support on the day was overwhelming. We had so many amazing local businesses donate prizes, support the event, and come down to be part of such an important cause.

A special thank you to two businesses that are very important to BSO and that we’re lucky enough to work alongside Trindiesel Contracting and . Thank you both for supporting the day and donating. We truly feel grateful to be doing business alongside you guys. It means a lot. 👏

While we’re so proud to share how successful the day turned out, we also want to acknowledge someone who played a massive part in making it happen…

KAYLA — the backbone behind BSO Mechanical. 💙

This event simply would not have happened without her.

This event start with arranging an event to support our men in mining and then turned into something much biggger, Behind the scenes, Kayla put in countless hours organising, planning, and handling all the little things most people wouldn’t even think about. She’s constantly pushing for new opportunities, keeping everything moving, and making sure we stay on track.

On top of organising this event, she was also flat out with school expos and everything else happening behind the scenes.

And if you know Kayla… you know she’s the one getting things done and definitely the one telling us all what for when we need it 🤣

KAYLA, we are incredibly lucky to have you. Thank you for always going the extra mile, for sacrificing so much of your personal time, and for helping keep us all in line 😅❤️

This event showed us just how powerful community can be when we come together.
