TRADE ASSISTANT / HANDYMAN / LABOURER WANTED
�Mandurah / Peel / Rockingham
Fortress Construction WA is looking for a reliable, practical all-rounder to work across our building sites.
The work is a bit of everything, supplier and pickups, moving materials and equipment between sites, general labouring, demo work, site clean-ups, working with carpenters and other trades as required, maintenance and repair work, and generally helping keep the jobs moving.
No two days are the same.
We're looking for someone reliable, punctual and practical, with a bit of common sense and initiative. You don't need to be a qualified tradesperson, but you do need to be happy to get stuck in and capable of working through jobs without needing constant supervision.
You'll need a current driver's licence and your own vehicle, preferably a ute, as our jobs are spread across Mandurah, Peel and Rockingham. You'll also need a White Card, ABN and basic hand tools.
Initially, the role will be on a specific-task subcontract basis. We've got a solid couple of weeks of work ready to go, with further work expected across our current projects. Days and hours can be flexible to a point.
For the right person, there's also the possibility of moving into a casual or full-time position down the track.
Rate will depend on experience and capability.
