Valley Homes Valley Homes has 50 years building experience in the Hunter Valley. We specialise in homes, duplexes and multi unit developments.

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional, one-on-one customer service every step of the way. Valley Homes has carried out major housing projects for the Commonwealth Department of Administrative Service, the Commonwealth Department of Housing and Construction, the Defence Housing Authority, the NSW Department of Housing. Valley Homes constructs around 150 dwellings per year for developers and home builders across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Valley Homes was the preferred NBN Telethon House sponsor and donated a house to the 1987, 1989 and 1993 Telethons (donations totaling $350,000) which helped raise millions of dollars. Valley Homes is proud of its reputation as a builder of quality dwellings in the Hunter. We pride ourselves on using local trades and suppliers who we have solid, long-standing relationships with. Big news if you've got land, or eyes on land, between Anambah and Branxton: council's draft growth plan for the corridor is now closed for public feedback.

It's not small; up to 68,150 new homes are proposed across 14 precincts over the next 20 to 40 years - spanning Maitland, Cessnock and Singleton, with the Lochinvar precinct alone accounting for roughly 14,470 of those homes.

Whatever you think of growth at that scale, it tells you where the Hunter is heading.

From a block of land in Farley to two beautiful new homes – ready to call home!

Dr Pradeep Bhaskar and his wife Anju came to Valley Homes with a vision: a detached Torrens title dual occupancy on their Farley block, each home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a single garage. Construction is now complete and the keys are in their hands.

"Our overall experience with Valley Homes was outstanding. I would like to mention Jane Craig, our sales consultant, who was very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. The construction of the homes was so simple and smooth. I also want to mention our site manager, Shane, who has been very diligent and ensured a top-quality finish. Construction has recently commenced on this beautiful 4-bedroom custom designed heritage style home. The first dwelling in a larger 1 into 4-lot subdivision project we're delivering for our client. Sandstone block retaining is now complete with the build progressing nicely.
