Stage 1 completed.

Tight access and poor weather made this one tricky.

All hand excavated with 5 tonne loaded into a skip and removed from site.

17 lineal metres of strip drain installed to fix water issues with additional concrete to make this courtyard low maintenance.

Unfortunately it was impossible to keep this site clean with current weather conditions so we will pressure wash the entire area when we return to saw cut control joints.

Stage 2 we will be resurfacing the entire area old and new with spraycrete giving this courtyard area a fresh modern look.

This Ranbuild shed required a 16m x 3.6m slab with cast in brackets.

Roller door cut out front and back, 200 x 200 edge beam and 450 piers.

Concrete resurfacing.

Yesterday we cut and removed old fence posts and patched concrete, Filled cracks and prepared the surface.

Today we gave this pool surround a makeover.

Today we finished off this 8 x 12 slab for a soon to be erected Barn style shed / stable.

Our customer requested a broom finish to add more texture and prevent having horses on a slippery surface.
