About you
- HR Licence (MC preferred)
- At least 2 years in the spray seal industry
- Relevant machinery tickets (e.g. Skid steer, Rollers)
- Willingness to work night shift, weekend and regional areas
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screen

We are seeking experienced Asphalters to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for asphalt placement
- Support paving operations, including screeding, raking, levelling and related tasks
- Operate paving equipment, including pavers, multi-tyre and steel drum rollers
- Adhere to SuperCivilโ€™s policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Contribute to and promote a Zero Harm safety culture

What we offer:

- Competitive pay: $37โ€“$45 per hour + penalties

Requirements:

- Relevant asphalting experience
- Valid driverโ€™s licence
- Strong work ethic and reliability
