✅ Still onsite almost everyday completing the bulk of the carpentry ourselves to ensure quality is not compromised. Our subcontractors have been hand picked and most have contracted to us for over 10+ continual years.
✅ Yes we build on sloping blocks! Timber piers, brick piers, steel piers! We don’t mind. A home should reflect the land it’s built on, and digging a hole for a pad is 🤢
✅ Every job is estimated thoroughly and accurately at each stage to ensure there are no hidden costs. Our estimation process includes a personal information pack that details all inclusions required, followed by a by a detailed written quotation based on all information provided and includes a thorough Prime Cost Schedule that gives you the flexibility to choose your final finishes.
