🎨 Qualified Painter / Brush Hand Wanted – Full Time Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated qualified tradesman or experienced brush hand to join our growing team in a full-time role.

The successful applicant must:

Take pride in their workmanship

Have strong attention to detail

Understand that quality preparation is key to achieving outstanding final results

Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

We specialise in delivering high-quality finishes, so a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of painting — especially prep work — is essential.

Wages will be discussed after a one-week trial period and will be based on skill level, workmanship, and overall work quality.

Before after and inbetween love that feeling of restoring these beautiful Queenslanders. Full grind and scrape every inch before applying oilbase undercoat and 2 top coats of full gloss.

We dont and should never take prep lightly, this was a standard repaint we quoted while a tenant was still occuping the residence. Turns out it had been badly damaged and could not see the extent of it all some even water damage from a leaky roof. We did not take let this stop us we scapped all affected areas and applied an oil base undercoat to prevent further damage, then started our magic patch work. The end results speak for them selves. Pls if you hire a painter make sure the correct measures are taken if u cant here sand paper and the brushes are out first day this is a sign that correct procedures are not being followed. This is where u see price diffrences. Carpets where being replaced lol.
