The Glenrowan Estate project in Walkerston is continuing to take shape, with multiple work fronts progressing simultaneously across the site.

Our team is currently delivering a significant package of civil infrastructure works, including:
✅ Upgrades to Kellys Road.
✅ Stormwater infrastructure, featuring a substantial 12-cell reinforced concrete box culvert system.
✅ Construction of a multi-tiered wetland.
✅ Stage 7 comprising of 36 lots - nearing completion.
✅ Stage 8 comprising 30 residential lots.
✅ Delivery of a new community park.
✅ Bulk earthworks for future stages.

With large numbers of people and plant on site the overall co-ordination of several work fronts has required careful planning, collaboration and a strong commitment from our crews, subcontractors and project partners. This shot highlights the scale of the development and the progress being made across all areas of the project.

Great work from everyone involved in bringing this development to life.

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ We’re excited to be taking part in the Mackay Marina Run again this year, this time as an official event partner! 🎉
With a team of over 70 people hitting the course, we’re proud to support such a fantastic community event and can’t wait to be part of the atmosphere on the day 💙

We hope to see plenty of familiar faces there cheering everyone on, enjoying the event, and soaking up the great community spirit 🙌☀️

Shoutout to the Vassallo Constructions team who came out in force last year for the BMA Mackay Marina Run.

Vassallo has backed us further in 2026, coming on board as official partner for our entertainment stations that you will see along the BMA Mackay Marina Run course.

Vassallo Constructions is officially a corporate partner of the Mackay Marina Run — one of Australia’s must do running events and Queensland’s most scenic course, set against incredible blue waters and sub tropical scenery 🌊🌞.
The run also raises much needed funds for the Leukaemia Foundation, supporting Australians living with blood cancer 💙🩸

We’re thrilled to get behind an event that combines community spirit, breathtaking views, and a powerful cause.

It was great to be there today as Mayor Greg Williamson officially opened the event.
