Slamm Services is looking for an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators to join our growing civil construction team.

We're after someone who takes genuine pride in producing quality work, has an eye for detail, and enjoys delivering a high standard on every project. If you're a skilled operator who values safety, teamwork and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
▪️ Operating GPS-equipped excavators to deliver accurate final trim works.
▪️ Performing a variety of civil construction tasks across earthworks, drainage and infrastructure projects.
▪️ Operating a loader and other plant (highly regarded).
▪️ Working closely with supervisors and crews to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to specification.

What we're looking for:
▪️ Proven experience in final trim excavator operations.
▪️ GPS machine control experience (highly regarded).
▪️ Loader/combo experience preferred.
▪️ Strong understanding of civil construction and finishing tolerances.
▪️ A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
▪️ Reliable, motivated and takes ownership of their work.

Slamm Services is a locally owned civil and construction company supporting mining operations across the region. With our crew back on deck for 2026, we're looking to expand the team and are currently seeking experienced Supervisors, Plant Operators and Carpenter/Concreters to join us.

We provide civil works, construction, and asset maintenance services across mine sites and are looking for reliable people who take pride in their work and value being part of a solid team.

Positions Available:

👷🏽‍♂️Supervisor (Civil Background)

🚧Oversee day-to-day site activities and crews
🚧Coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors
🚧Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard
🚧Liaise with project managers and site representatives
🚧Civil construction background preferred
🚧Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil or construction environments required

🏗️ Plant Operators

🚧Experience operating machinery such as excavators, bobcats/skid steers, loaders or rollers
🚧HR licence, excavator ticket, and skid steer ticket preferred
🚧Conduct pre-start checks and operate plant safely
🚧Assist with general civil works when required

🛠️Carpenter / Concreter

🦺Formwork and concreting for slabs, footings and structures
🦺General carpentry and construction works
🦺Ability to read basic drawings and work within a site team
🦺Trade certificate required for Carpenter/Concreter position
