Yesterday, we said goodbye to a truly great man, Brando’s dad Baden!

To our past customers who had the privilege of meeting Baden along the way, you’ll know exactly the kind of bloke he was. He had a way of turning a difficult or challenging situation into a not so serious situation and leaving an impression wherever he went.

Baden wasn’t just someone who worked alongside us — he was a genuine mate and someone we were incredibly proud to have as part of our journey. Many of the pools we’ve built over the years carry a piece of his hard work, his larrikin type character and some of the best memories on site.

At only 58, there should have been so many more years, laughs and stories still to come.

Our hearts are with Brando & his family, friends and everyone who was lucky enough to call him a mate.

Love ya mate 🍻

A little pool health check on a pool we built last year.

At first glance, you’d think there was plenty of room in this backyard for a larger pool — but with two easements running through the property, our options were actually very limited.

With some careful planning, we managed to make the space work perfectly, squeezing in a standalone X-Trainer Spa in Sapphire, featuring:

Vantage In-Floor Cleaning & Circulation
Spa jets
Air manifold under the seat
Fully raised out of the ground
Custom corner steps for easy entry
Finished with coping and matching face tiles
Surrounded by a beautiful, tranquil tropical garden

It’s a great example of how easements, limited access or a tricky backyard don’t necessarily mean you can’t have a pool or spa — sometimes it just takes the right design and a little creative thinking.
