Completing a 4yr Apprenticeship as a Airconditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic is not easy. At Michael DePinto Refrigeration & Aircondioning its even harder because we carry out such a wide range of work. From Split installs to Large Chilled water plant. Small refrigerator display cabinets to coolrooms freezer rooms. When you work on so many different pieces of equipment it can be challenging & difficult, but it produces a really well rounded mechanic who can get the job done.
Congratulations to Dominic Clow on completing his 4 yr Apprenticeship. He started with us as a 16 yr old & now he is a born again hard fridgy. 🇦🇺👍. Well done Dominic. Big shout out to all his trainers over the yrs at Axial training & to Rowan Cox who who got him over the last hurdles.
Now the real learning begins. You never stop learning.
To all apprentices out there. Its hard. Deal with it & keep going. Dont give up & the rewards will come. Remember nothing great was ever won easily!! Press On and you will get there. 💪👏👏👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
