Another major project secured for GAP Industries North Queensland!-

GAP Industries NQ has been awarded the Townsville Sports Precinct Field Lighting Upgrade, delivering a major upgrade across both the athletics and rugby fields.

The project includes the transition from existing HID lighting to a new LED sports lighting system, along with associated electrical infrastructure upgrades, new lighting poles and commissioning works.

With the precinct remaining operational throughout the project, careful staging and coordination will be key to delivering the works while minimising disruption to ongoing sporting activities.

Another great project for the GAP NQ team, supporting the continued improvement of sporting infrastructure across North Queensland.

A new lighting upgrade taking shape on the Gold Coast.

The GAP Industries team is currently delivering a sports lighting upgrade for a hockey field at a local club, featuring Philips OptiVision LED technology and a 500 lux lighting solution.

The scope covers installation, aiming and commissioning, with the system designed to provide strong, consistent illumination across the field and improve visibility during evening use.

Another year supporting the Veteran Housing Australia Charity Golf Day.

GAP Industries was proud to take part once again, joining teams from across the industry to support an important cause and help raise awareness for veteran homelessness in Australia.

Works are officially underway on our latest project in Townsville.

Demolition has commenced across the mechanical, electrical and communications services as part of the new tenancy fit-out for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Our North Queensland team will be delivering the integrated building services package as the project progresses, working across multiple disciplines to support the transformation of the space.

Lighting up Suggo Field: New Project Award!

We’re excited to be delivering a new sports lighting upgrade for Field 3 – Suggo Field at Sandgate Hawks Australian Football Club in Brisbane.

The project will see GAP Industries deliver the electrical infrastructure and installation of four new lighting poles incorporating a Musco Lighting LED solution, providing the field with dedicated lighting for the first time.

Works are already underway, with our team currently completing the civil and underground infrastructure ahead of the next stages of the project.

A great project made possible through the collaboration and support of Sandgate Hawks Australian Football Club, Brisbane City Council, AFL Queensland, Asset Project Management and Musco Lighting Australia.

We’re looking forward to sharing the progress as the project moves through construction and into final installation.
