🌟 Staff Spotlight: Meet Alli, Dakota and Emily!
Every successful operation has a team working behind the scenes to keep everything moving and at Traffic Control Innovations, Alli, Dakota and Emily are at the heart of our 24/7 operations.
Each has taken a different path to the role.
Alli joined TCI in October 2025, coming from the medical industry with experience in rostering and scheduling. The traffic industry was new to her, but she quickly embraced the challenge and became an important part of the team.
Dakota joined TCI in April 2023 as a ute driver before moving into the office, bringing valuable first-hand experience from the field.
Emily followed a similar path, joining TCI in July 2023 as a ute driver before transitioning into the office.
Today, all three play a key role in coordinating our operations around the clock, supporting our crews and helping keep everything running smoothly; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It’s great to see the different skills and experiences our people bring to TCI, and even better to see our team grow from within.
