📍Macleay Island Re-Clad Complete!
Another awesome transformation wrapped up✅

This project involved completely removing the old, weathered lower-level fibre cement cladding before installing brand new Colorbond corrugated steel sheeting in monument with custom flashings to match. The result speaks for itself🤩 the new look completely transforms the street appeal and gives this home a clean, modern finish that’s built to last.

Our scope of works included:
➖ Complete removal of existing cladding
➖ Framing repairs and preparation where required
➖ install sarking barrier wrap to the internal frame
➖ Installation of Colorbond corrugated sheeting
➖ installation of window trim surround flashings, transition (top flashings), toe mould flashing (bottom flashing) and corner trim flashings

This one in Tanah Merah was definitely one of our most technically challenging projects to date.

The existing fascia attached patio roof was transformed into a flyover insulated panel roof featuring a completely custom designed box gutter / internal valley system.

Due to the homes internal corner design, a standard flyover simply wasn’t an option. We had to design and put together a solution that would safely manage water flow while maintaining the clean flyover appearance.

To help keep costs down, we were also able to reuse selected existing posts and structural beams, where possible! Jobs like this are why we love what we do. Every project presents its own challenges, and this one certainly tested our problem solving skills.

Another happy customer!

We’ve just completed this 6x4m fly-over patio, and what a difference it makes to the space. The fly-over design really opens the area up, creating a much more spacious feel while looking great at the same time.
