EMPLOYMENT
We operate a dual-pathway, trade-enabled employment model, directly employing participants through our own service contracts, including licensed trades such as air-conditioning installation, while also placing participants into roles with partners across its industry network. All trade-based work is delivered under licensed supervision, ensuring compliance, safety, and genuine career pathways
TRAINING
Under Skilling Queenslanders for Work, we offer free, skills-focused training and real-world work experience. Our classroom and workshop settings are developed to provide a unique learning environment, with the extra help for students. Creating good habits and traits with the hope to be empowered to showcase their abilities in the workplace
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
We operate and run a Lawn & Maintenance service, designed to give our student work experience, while delivering reliable, high-quality mowing service. Supervised by our Lawn Care Technician teach; students learn basic landscaping skills and earn a wage. By partnering with us, your business not only receives dependable lawn and maintenance services, but you are also investing into our local students.
