💛 R U OK? Day might have been, but checking in with each other shouldn’t just be for one day.

Work can be busy, stressful and sometimes just a lot. That’s why it’s important to look out for the people around us — not just on one particular day, but all year round.

We’re a widespread team across different job sites, and while we don’t always get to see everyone as often as we’d like, it was great to come together for R U OK? Day.

Sometimes it’s as simple as a quick “How are you going?”, grabbing a coffee together or just letting someone know you’re there. Those little moments can go a long way. 💛
