A clear view inside the drain makes all the difference.

Using our RIDGID drain camera, our team can inspect the pipework internally and see what is actually happening below the surface.

We provide the camera footage to the client and talk through our findings, so they have a clear understanding of any issues and the recommended next steps.

No guesswork. Just clear information and practical advice.

Reactive roof leak inspection at an aged care facility.

Our team attended site to safely access the roof area, inspect the likely leak points and identify the next steps for repair.

In live environments like aged care, safety and communication come first — for residents, staff and everyone working on site.

A big shoutout to local boy Isikeli Tamanitoakula, who joined us for a week of work experience.

Isikeli came in with a great attitude, got stuck in, asked questions, and showed a strong work ethic across the week. It was great having him on-site with the team and giving him a real look at what plumbing work involves day to day.

There were also a few laughs along the way, especially during the shower repairs.

We’re always happy to give young people in our local community the chance to learn, have a go, and see where a trade can take them.

Well done, Isikeli.

Commercial drainage rough-in underway in Lithgow.

Our team has been on site completing the drainage rough-in for a commercial fit-out, working through set-out, excavation and pipework before the next stage of construction.

It’s the kind of work that needs to be done carefully from the start — because once the slab goes down, there’s no room for guesswork.

Blocked drains? It might not be the drain itself.

Recurring blockages are rarely the drain itself. In many homes, the issue is cracked, shifted or tree-root damaged pipework.

Aleck was out unblocking this bathroom from the shower drain, getting things flowing again and checking what’s going on below the surface.

For long-term solutions, every job starts with a CCTV camera inspection and service locating, so the repair is accurate and appropriate for your home.

For aged care, healthcare and commercial sites, scheduled maintenance is one of the simplest ways to keep essential systems running smoothly.

Hydronic heating, taken to the next level.

Our team recently upgraded an underperforming hydronic heating system at a home in Dargan, NSW.

We replaced the existing equipment with a HydroAir Next Gen air-to-water heat pump and AquaPlus buffer tank, then commissioned and tested the complete system.

The result is reliable, consistent underfloor heating suited to the colder Blue Mountains conditions.
