A big shoutout to local boy Isikeli Tamanitoakula, who joined us for a week of work experience.

Isikeli came in with a great attitude, got stuck in, asked questions, and showed a strong work ethic across the week. It was great having him on-site with the team and giving him a real look at what plumbing work involves day to day.

There were also a few laughs along the way, especially during the shower repairs.

We’re always happy to give young people in our local community the chance to learn, have a go, and see where a trade can take them.

Our team recently upgraded an underperforming hydronic heating system at a home in Dargan, NSW.

We replaced the existing equipment with a HydroAir Next Gen air-to-water heat pump and AquaPlus buffer tank, then commissioned and tested the complete system.

Level Plumbing Lithgow is looking for an organised and reliable Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team.

Position details

• Permanent part-time
• 19.5 hours per week

Applicants must have at least six months’ previous experience in administration, reception or a similar office-based customer-service role.

Your duties will include:

• Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
• Monitoring emails and helping with booking confirmations
• Entering and maintaining customer and job information
• Filing, scanning, document preparation and data entry
• Assisting with job records, purchase orders and invoice documentation
• Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team
• Learning Simpro and other business systems

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Good computer and data-entry skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A reliable and helpful approach
• The ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
• A willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure

Experience with Simpro, Microsoft 365, Xero or a trade-service business would be an advantage but is not essential.

Training and support will be provided. The position will initially be paid at the applicable award rate, with remuneration reviewed after six months.
