Sometimes the most valuable person in a building company is the one willing to say no.

No, that layout doesn’t make the most of the block.

No, we shouldn’t pretend that site issue won’t matter.

No, adding another feature won’t necessarily make the home better.

As promised… here’s what happened next.

Several weeks ago, we showed you this home inside our factory as it was prepared, split into modules and made ready for transport.

Now, it’s on site.

This block came with a few challenges — a significant slope, tricky access and a BAL-40 bushfire rating.

With careful planning, both modules were craned into position and the home started taking shape exactly where it was designed to live.
