Almost ready for opening day with these legends 🎉🎉😁
The shop has come up a treat!

Hobart restaurateurs Felix Graves and Liam Usoalii, both 26yo, are teaming up to open a self-serve frozen yogurt store called Yogi Bar in Glenorchy.

The best friends own Smash Boy Burgers and Viva Italia Pizzeria respectively.

Graves said they wanted a business that "complemented both of our shops" when a third space on the Glenorchy strip came up for lease and chose frozen yogurt over their initial idea of fish and chips.

The pair is aiming to open by the end of October, with the date to be announced on the Yogi Bar Instagram page.

"We wanna keep bringing cool things to Hobart and the community and just keep serving good food really," Graves said.

In our industry, you hear a lot of “she’ll be right”, “just get it done” and “keep pushing through.” What we probably don’t hear enough is “Are you actually okay?”

Today is a reminder to check in with your mates, your workmates and the people around you. Ask the question, have the chat, and genuinely listen. A quick conversation can make a bigger difference than you realise.

At Sherrin Builders, we love projects that respect the past while embracing what’s next. This bathroom began with a clear vision from the owner: frame the mountain with a black tiled wall and feature real terrazzo tiles floor to ceiling, then weave in original detailing and textures before finishing with clean, modern lines for a timeless result.

The client was incredibly happy that her vision came to life, and we are so grateful that we were chosen for this journey.
