Friday Transformation Time! 🌱🚜

What started as a wet, tired backyard quickly turned into a fresh new lawn ready for plenty of family time. A bit of soil, a lot of turf, and a team that doesn’t mind getting muddy to get the job done right. 👌

Of course, no Blue Ridge turfing job would be complete without Russ finding a way to avoid work… 🤣

Halfway through the day we caught him testing out his brand-new “lawn chair” to make sure the turf was comfortable enough for the client. We’re still not convinced it was part of the quality control process! 😂🛒🌱

Another great transformation completed in Northcote today and despite the muddy conditions, the team smashed it out.

Now it’s time for the lawn to settle in and for us to head into the weekend.

Yesterday’s mission: Turn giant tree stumps into sawdust! 🚀🌳
One of the best things about working in Grounds Maintenance is that you never know what the day is going to throw at you. One day we’re mowing lawns, the next we’re hanging off slopes, clearing vegetation, pruning trees or firing up the stump grinder and making stubborn old stumps disappear.
Let’s be honest… there is something pretty addictive about watching a massive stump get absolutely chewed up and transformed into a pile of mulch. 🤘
The team got stuck into a cracking day of stump grinding yesterday, helping clear the way for whatever comes next on site. It’s dirty, noisy, a little bit chaotic, and exactly the kind of work we love.
No desk jobs here. Just good people, great machinery, and a different challenge every single day

Taking a break from the Melbourne winter and soaking up everything Singapore has to offer! 😎

From wandering through the incredible Gardens by the Bay, getting lost amongst dinosaurs at the Jurassic World: The Experience, taking in the views from the Skyway, and finishing it all off with a little retail therapy (and far too much tea) at TWG Tea ☕️

The landscapes, gardens and attention to detail over here are absolutely next level. Plenty of ideas coming home with me… although I don’t think the Blue Ridge budget stretches to a few life-sized dinosaurs! 😂🦕

A few more days of recharging before heading back to Melbourne and getting stuck into another busy winter season.
