Another disabled access ramp done in goodooga.

This latest property had a major mould issue throughout.
We found the bathroom had failed and was leaking water & moisture which was coming through the slab & was aiding to the spread of mould.

Job included a full internal renovation.
Decommission of evaporative air cooler & installation of a split system, patched ceiling registers once removed.

Floor coverings were stripped, house was thoroughly washed out with mould inhibitor, moisture barrier added to the concrete slab and mould inhibitor was added to the paint.

Bathroom waterproofed and tiled

Installed vinyl planks throughout property with Vinyl Coving & welded joints in toilet and laundry.

Pretty happy with a 4 week turn around whilst running other jobs!

Due to confidentiality legalities can’t post Photos prior to commencing work complete internal renovation complete new bathroom Fit out as prior bathroom and laundry waterproofing had failed Replaster new floor coverings internal paint. Basic dwelling but finished nicely

Vandalised Granny flat upgrade we just completed kicking myself for not taking photos prior to starting From what we had to work with it has come up amazing.

Before and after of brand new home we were ask to add disabled access to match existing
Fabricated a galvanised RHS subfloor fully welded with a 1:14 slope with composite wood deck bremick 14g deck screws custom powder coated raked hand rails with kick panel. 9 meters in total to get the correct fall

Latest upgrade complete

Jacked levelled stumps install complete new bathroom, laundry, powder room and toilet with all new plumbing, new plaster ceilings, waterproofing to all wet areas, vinyl plank floor coverings, Coved non slip vinyl in wet areas, Electrial fittings updated and full internal paint.
