JMB Modular Buildings is proud to announce the commencement of a new project in our local community of Shepparton: Goulburn Apartments.

This exciting development will see the construction of a four-level apartment building, comprising three levels of modular apartments stacked above a site-built car parking structure. Once complete, the development will deliver 28 modern apartments and showcase innovative modular construction techniques that are helping shape the future of the building industry.

Goulburn Apartments represents a significant step forward in modern methods of construction, incorporating pioneering modular solutions that have not previously been delivered in projects of this kind.

This project has been made possible through the Victorian Government’s Regional Worker Accommodation Fund (RWAF), supporting the delivery of much-needed accommodation for regional communities and helping address local workforce housing needs.

We look forward to sharing progress updates throughout the build and inviting you to follow the journey as Goulburn Apartments comes to life.

With the support of government funding, the development will host 28 apartments for key workers.

JMB Modular Buildings has officially commenced a new project right here in our local town, Shepparton - the Goulburn Apartments!

We’re so excited for this fully modular apartment building to come to life and showcase the future of modern methods of construction.
