What a fantastic evening we had last month hosting the Greater Shepparton Business Network After 5 Networking Event at JMB Modular Buildings.

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold weather and joined us.
As a business that started in a backyard shed in Kialla over a decade ago, it was incredibly rewarding to share our journey, showcase our Goulburn Apartments project, and connect with so many members of the Greater Shepparton business community.

We're proud to be part of such a supportive and collaborative region where businesses continue to champion one another and create opportunities for growth.

A special thank you to Generations Community Care for allowing us to highlight the incredible work they do supporting individuals and families across Greater Shepparton.

Generations Community Care provides vital support to our community through its Generations Op Shop, food bank, and outreach programs.

A big challenge was put to JMB Modular: bring together some of the best minds in the MMC sector to discuss with Senator Bridget McKenzie and Danny O’Brien MP how we can improve and grow the modular construction industry.

Challenge accepted.

We were proud to convene a room of passionate industry leaders and advocates, including representatives from PrefabAUS, Master Builders Association Victoria, and the HIA.

The discussion was robust, forward-thinking, and centred on creating a stronger future for modular construction.
Great conversations were had, valuable ideas were shared, and we're optimistic that these discussions will lead to even greater outcomes for our industry.

Our team were TV stars for a day as the Epic Build film crew came out to film our Goulburn Apartments project, currently being built in our factory. We're thrilled to share the progress of this exciting project and look forward to seeing it on screens across the country!

We had the incredible privilege of hosting our local Shepparton business community at this week’s Greater Shepparton Business Network networking event. More to come on this later…

But for now, we’re simply blown away by the support, encouragement, and genuine connection shown by our community. Owning and running a business can feel heavy and isolating at times, so being surrounded by like-minded people who understand the journey was both refreshing and inspiring.
