Next up — meet Jayden!

Jayden has been part of the Broadbent Builders team for the past 5 years and has recently completed his apprenticeship alongside his dad, Jamie.

Starting straight into the industry, Jayden has gained hands-on experience across a wide range of projects and has grown into a qualified carpenter within the family business.

Jayden brings a great attitude to the team each day and is always willing to put in the hard work to get the job done. We’re proud to see how far he has come and look forward to watching his career continue to grow.

Next up — meet Brandon!

Brandon has been with Broadbent Builders for 6 years, completing his apprenticeship with the team and now working as a fully qualified carpenter.

Over the years, Brandon has become a valued part of the business, known for his hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to take on any task.

More recently, Brandon has started stepping into a foreman role on jobs, taking on more responsibility and continuing to grow within the business. We’re proud to have watched his skills and confidence develop over the years and look forward to seeing what’s ahead for him.

Over the next few weeks, we thought it was time to properly introduce the team behind Broadbent Builders, as it has been quite a while!

First up — meet Jamie, the boss behind it all.

Jamie is the owner of Broadbent Builders and brings over 31 years of experience in the building industry.

Jamie grew up on a farm between Lake Cargelligo and Tullibigeal before beginning his apprenticeship and later moving to Leeton to finish his trade alongside Ron Dunn. Working with Ron for 10 years gave Jamie invaluable experience and helped shape the builder he is today.

After a decade in the industry, Jamie stepped out on his own — and 15 years later, he continues to run a successful local building business with two workers alongside him.

Jamie takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, honest service, and supporting the local community.

We know we’ve been a little quiet on here lately… but that’s because we’ve been flat out on the tools.

A big thank you to Zaide Harmer for spending the week with us at Broadbent Builders for work experience. Great to have you on site, getting stuck in and seeing what the building industry is really about.
