Dodge Civil Contracting is seeking an experienced, qualified and reliable Posi Track & Excavator Operator to join our well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity for operators looking for stable, long-term employment on the Cross River Rail Project and other long term projects located across Brisbane’s northside.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, respects machinery and equipment, and values safety, reliability and teamwork.
The Candidate
Essential Requirements
Final Trim experience
Current HR or MC Truck Licence
Current White/Blue Card
Posi Track operating experience
Current Posi Track and Excavator tickets (RII preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
Ability to complete paperless dockets and forms via phone app
Reliable, punctual and responsible team player
Respectful of equipment, machinery and fellow workers
Preferred
RIW & WET cards (training available for the right candidate)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
The Role
Full-time position
Long-term project work with consistent hours and stable work locations
Operating Posi Track and Excavator machinery on Cross River Rail and other Northside Brisbane projects
Above award hourly rates plus penalties
Serviced and insured company vehicle provided after probation period
Fuel card supplied

You will be working as a combo operator , with a strong focus on final trim work and maintaining high standards on-site.
Requirements:

RIW and WET cards preferred (training available for suitable applicants)

Full time

We are Seeking experienced and reliable Posi track and Excavator operators to join our team to work on the Cross River Rail Project as a full time combo operator.

This position is ideal for operators who are seeking the stability of being on a long term project , with consistent hours and with our the constant travelling around.

We offer competitive hourly rates plus penalties and a work ute.We have all new or near new well maintained machinery. The position also comes with the opportunity to obtain regular training and up-skilling .

To be successful in obtaining the position you must meet the following criteria ;

Operators must have Posi and Excavator tickets Rii is preferred but not essential.

Final trim experience essential

Posi track experience is a must

Must hold a current and valid Hr -MC Truck licence

Hold a current blue or White Card

RIW AND WET card preferred but not essential as we can provide training for the successful applicant .

Drug and Alcohol free - we have a zero tolerance policy for Drugs and Alcohol and regular random testing is preformed .

As our machinery are new we are looking for some one who really looks after their machines and takes pride in their work.

Operator Must be reliable

Due to being a long term project we are looking for committed operators wanting to stay for the length of the project .
