At the Wollert, VIC Rock Crusher, Wallmark tackled noise-compliance and on-site safety constraints that were limiting operating hours. The team designed and installed a 12.76-metre-high, 42.47-metre-long Corten-steel acoustic barrier around the crusher, delivering the works overnight to avoid disruption. The solution brought noise within compliant levels, enabled extended operating hours, boosted productivity to meet deadlines, and added a durable, weathering-steel finish that enhances the site’s appearance and blends with its surroundings.

We delivered and certified a 166 m acoustic barrier for the new community hub, blending structure and style to meet council requirements for highway noise reduction.

✔ Height: 4 m & 5 m sections

✔ Combo wall: 1.5 m retaining + Corten steel panels + 20 mm acrylic panels (up to 5 high)

✔ Challenge solved: 6 m clear span over a Melbourne Water easement
