Our wonderful long term office person is retiring, so an exciting opportunity exists to join our small, dynamic office as our new
ADMINISTRATION and ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PERSON.
You will need.....
* Excellent administrative skills and experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
* Experience in accounts receivable including invoicing and inventory management.
* Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills towards staff and customers
* Positive attitude and professional presentation.
This role represents a great opportunity within a busy, friendly environment that will suit an organised person with a great eye for detail and plenty of team spirit and initiative.
Training is available for the right person.
We offer flexible work hours 30-40 hours per week.
