It's probably the biggest myth we hear.

The reality?
Every TCB home is built to Australian building standards and specifically designed for Tasmanian conditions, with energy ratings between 6.2 and 6.5 stars, BAL 29 ratings available, and certification for construction within 1,000m of the ocean.

Our homes are built in our Launceston factory using high-tensile galvanised steel framing, providing strength, consistency and durability for years to come. No warping, twisting or shrinking timber here.

And affordability? That might surprise you too.
