Job Title: Experienced Lawn Mower & Gardener

Employment Type: Casual (leading to Permanent Part-Time)

Location: Legana, TAS

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Lawn Mowing and Gardening professional to join our team based in Legana. This position begins on a casual basis, offering an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent part-time position for the right candidate. We work hard, but we also like to have a laugh while doing it!

Key Duties:

• Transporting equipment securely using a vehicle and trailer.
• Precision lawn mowing, edging, and brush-cutting.
• General garden maintenance including weeding, pruning, and hedging.
• Engaging professionally with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Demonstrated background in professional lawn care and gardening. Horticulture experience or qualifications are highly desirable.
• Driving Skills: Current driver's licence with proven experience safely driving and reversing a trailer.
• Credentials: Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration (or willingness to obtain them immediately).
• Culture Fit: A positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
• Work Ethic: Highly reliable, physically fit, and hard-working.
• Quality Focus: A sharp eye for detail to ensure every property looks its absolute best
