This beautiful coastal new build is really starting to take shape. The exterior is looking fresh and sharp, with crisp lines and a clean, modern finish. Inside, the plastering is progressing and it won’t be long before we bring the same quality finish throughout the entire home.

🎨 INTERNAL COMPLETE — NOW ONTO THE OUTSIDE! 👌

Another internal wrapped up by the CJ Reid Painting crew. Fresh ceilings, walls and woodwork have given this space a clean, sharp finish. 👌

Now we’re moving outside to give the tired timber stairs, handrails and surrounding areas some much-needed attention.

Plenty of prep ahead, but that’s where the transformation starts! 💪🎨
