Colray Avenue Osborne Park - Cladding Remediation Project 🔥

Now Projects & were engaged by the building owner to give this 1988 commercial building a refresh using the Bluechip cladding material in Dark Grey Metallic

After stripping back the existing front fascias and soffits to its core we then built the new framing structure to suit the new shape and design the client was after

The prefinished Ultracore IQ panels are versatile and can be made in various different shapes and sizes to suit each project

The NOW Team were excited with the finish and we want to thank everyone involved

COMMERCIAL FITOUT 🔥 From start to finish take a look at our Kewdale two story internal and external commercial project.

The Internal scope included Stud Walls, Suspended Ceilings, Insulation, Door Frames & Doors, Hardware, Aluminium Skirting.

The External scope included feature entry & balcony soffits & custom Perforated Aluminium Screening.

PROJECT COMPLETE 🔥 SWANVIEW TERRACE SOUTH PERTH - We were thrilled to work on this massive residential renovation and extension project. The Ultrawood range was used to great effect, featuring English Oak Shadowline Planks on the main soffit and 50mm x 50mm battens on the BBQ awning. The finish is incredible and will last for years. PROJECT COMPLETE 🔥 The NOW Team wrapped up this feature façade cladding project last week. Tweeddale Road Applecross Apartments requested the Ultralign Fluted cladding planks and trims in Dulux Precious Prosecco Pearl powdercoating to the front corner of the building. It was a pleasure to work in with the team onsite and deliver this package to the client. Thanks to all involved!
