Client testimonial || This client couldn’t sing our praises loud enough. From the attention to detail, to the quality workmanship, to completely transforming their street appeal into a space they actually love using.

We’ll take that as a win.

This is exactly why we do what we do - not just building homes, but earning trust (and always gaining doggo approval) along the way.

Meet Your Builder: Ryan

Behind every RJS project is a builder who values quality, honesty, and clear communication. RJS Building Solutions is a local family run business, lead by Ryan. He also recently (FINALLY) handed over the social media rights to his wife - helloooo 💁🏼‍♀️ So for goodness sake, start liking, commenting, saving and sharing so he feels like there’s increased engagement since someone else started being in charge around ‘ere.

Ryan is passionate about creating spaces that families love, guiding clients through every stage of the build with transparency, attention to detail, and high quality finishes. And when he isn’t working you’ll find him surfing, playing golf, or spending time outdoors with the family - he’s never been one to sit still.

When you build with RJS Building Solutions, you’re not just hiring a chippie, you’re partnering with a builder who’s committed to getting it right. With over 15 years of experience refining the systems, processes and project management style that ensures an exceptional build and renovation outcomes for clients is guaranteed. It’s so important to get to know who you are going to be working with on your project, you need to find the builder and team that is the right fit for you and your project.

Ever seen or wondered what actually goes into a builder's quote? 👀

Not all builders quote the same.

RJS quotes break your entire project up into dozens of individual categories - from demolition and structural steel, right down to skirting boards and tapware. Every stage priced, every inclusion listed, nothing left vague so you know exactly where your money is going and what it's getting you.

This is what it actually takes to give you a number you can trust, many hours and weeks go into preparing this foor clients - we don't give you a guestimate, we chase our suppliers and subbies to give us exact figures.

Client Testimonial || "I was hesitant to even begin the process."

We hear this ALL. THE. TIME. Renovating your home is scary and a huge investment. You're letting strangers into your space, trusting them with your biggest investment, and hoping like hell it doesn't turn into a nightmare.

Lauren & Michael took the leap with us for their Warners Bay reno, and by the sounds of it, we didn't just build them a beautiful home, we changed how they felt about the whole process. Respectful of their space, their neighbours, realistic timeframes, tidy site the whole way through.

Got a reno on the horizon but not sure where to start? DM or email us to chat.
