COURT TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE

A major upgrade has been completed at Renmark Netball Club, transforming the existing courts into a fresh, durable surface ready for years of play.

The project included the resurfacing of the existing courts with Rebound Pro Challenge, a 5-layer cushioned acrylic and liquid rubber sports surfacing system by California Sports Surfaces, designed to provide a high-performance, resilient playing surface.

The works also included:
🔹 New drainage infrastructure
🔹 Replacement of existing bitumen
🔹 Base remediation works
🔹 Replacement of perimeter concrete paths
🔹 New acrylic court surfacing

The finished courts feature Tour Purple & Byron Blue, incorporating the club’s colours throughout the new surface. 💜💙
The newly upgraded courts were officially reopened with the local community coming together to celebrate, with MP Tony Pasin joining players, families, club members and supporters for the occasion.

It was fantastic to see the courts already bringing people together, because beyond the surface, these spaces are designed to encourage participation, connection and community spirit. 🏐
From the essential groundwork through to the final acrylic coating, every stage has contributed to a complete court renewal, creating a high-performance facility designed not only for play, but for the community that uses it.

Another successful bowls green completed for Mount Eliza Bowling Club in Victoria.

After seeing our fourth-generation Tiger Weave surface in action at Torquay Bowls Club, Mt Eliza Bowls Club knew it was the right choice for their own resurfacing project.

The works included base rectification to bring the existing green back into specification before installing the new Tiger Weave Gen 4 surface.

The result? A high-quality playing surface that's already earning plenty of positive feedback, with bowlers of all abilities enjoying the consistency and performance of their new green.

Moama Bowling Club has raised the bar with the resurfacing of its existing bowling green using TigerTurf's fourth-generation Tiger Weave surface.

After experiencing the new surface at Torquay Bowls Club, Moama's members were so impressed they chose to delay their own resurfacing by six months to secure the latest generation Tiger Weave. Combined with minor base improvements to restore the green's profile, the result is a high-performing playing surface that's already receiving outstanding feedback from members.

A fantastic outcome for one of Australia's leading bowls clubs, and well worth the wait.

It's been a busy few weeks for the TigerTurf team, with some fantastic opportunities to connect with industry professionals on both sides of the Tasman.

From Melbourne at the National Sports & Physical Activity Convention, to Adelaide alongside Football South Australia, and most recently at Bill McKinlay Park in Auckland, we've had the privilege of bringing together clubs, councils, facility managers and industry leaders to discuss the future of synthetic turf.

A highlight across these events was hearing from Dr Colin Young, Chief Technical Officer at TenCate Grass, who shared his global insights into the latest advancements in synthetic turf technology, sustainability, and the exciting work being undertaken with PSV Eindhoven. We'd also like to thank Mitch van Gellekon from Adelaide United for providing valuable real-world perspectives on how innovation is helping shape elite football environments.

Our New Zealand Pure PT™ Talk – Beyond Football: The Next Steps for Pure PT™ continued that conversation, exploring how the future of Pure PT™ extends beyond football, with exciting opportunities for rugby and other community sports. As demand grows for durable, high-performance surfaces that maximise participation and year-round use, collaboration and knowledge sharing have never been more important.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our events, asked questions, shared ideas and contributed to some great discussions. We're proud to work alongside industry partners who are passionate about creating high-quality, sustainable sporting facilities that will benefit communities for years to come.
